Group psychotherapy
Group psychotherapy is a space of encounter, sharing and exploration where each person is invited to come into contact with themselves and with others.
Through exchanges, experiences and interactions, the group becomes a living mirror that fosters awareness, mutual support and personal transformation.
Each session is an opportunity to experiment with new ways of relating, to explore your emotions in a caring setting and to develop a more conscious presence to yourself and others.
It is a place to open up, to learn to express your needs and to welcome those of others, in a climate of authenticity and respect.
Our approach is inspired by Gestalt therapy, a humanistic, phenomenological and existential approach that emphasizes self-awareness and the quality of contact in the relationship.
Group work allows for developing a fine awareness of one’s way of entering into relationship and experimenting with more authentic contact, favouring lasting, meaningful inner changes.
