Individual psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a space of listening, presence and dialogue. It allows you to better understand what is happening within yourself, to welcome your emotions and to rediscover a sense of coherence and vitality.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, to meet yourself, and to explore your needs, limits and resources in a caring and safe setting.
Our approach is inspired by Gestalt therapy, a humanistic, phenomenological and existential approach that emphasizes self-awareness and the quality of contact in the relationship.
We work together to cultivate an authentic presence and a deeper understanding of your way of being in the world, so as to foster lasting, meaningful inner transformations.

Who is it for?
Individual psychotherapy is for people who wish to:
- work through a difficult time (stress, anxiety, grief, separation, life changes)
- better understand themselves and improve their relationships
- free themselves from repetitive patterns or emotional blocks
- cultivate presence, creativity and contact with themselves and others.
